How to export/import bookmarks and passwords for Google Chrome/MS Edge

Google Chrome

Export/Import Passwords

1. Press on your Icon and then "Passwords and autofill"
   
2. Go to Settings and press "Download file"
   
3. You will be prompted to enter your Computer password
   
4. To import the passwords, go to "Select file"
   

Export/Import Bookmarks

1. Open "Bookmarks Manager" by going to three dots on top right, then "Bookmarks and lists"
   
2. Press on these "three dots"
   
3. Selecting "Export bookmarks" will prompt you to choose where you want to save your bookmarks
   Selecting "Import bookmarks" will prompt you to browse to the location where your exported bookmarks were saved
   

MS Edge

Export/Import Passwords

1. At top right press on "three dots" then "Settings"
   
2. Navigate to Microsoft Password Manager
   
3. Press on three dots and "Export passwords"
   
4. You will be prompted to enter your Computer password
   
5. To Import the passwords, go to "three dots" again and choose "Passwords CSV File" and navigate to your saved passwords
   

Export/Import Bookmarks

1. Press on "Favorites" then "More options" and "Export Favorites"
   
2. Once saved, follow the same first step for Import and then press on "Import browser data now"
   
3. Choose to import "Favorites or bookmarks HTML File"
